Whether you want doggy day care or dog boarding for a week, month or year, our dog boarding kennels are large and lead directly onto grassed and fenced exercise and play areas where dogs can run and play each morning and afternoon. With separate areas for small dogs, medium dogs and large dogs your dog will love holidaying at our pet resort.

We have separate areas for Small dogs/Puppies & Seniors, Teenage & Adult dogs. All canine guests are assessed and graded on 5 different points with consideration to their breed and size, age, temperament and individual needs…. where possible we find companion for your dog so they enjoy their holiday even more. Dogs are encouraged to play and socialise with other dogs of similar size and nature so they have more fun time during exercise and playtime each morning and afternoon adding enrichment to there stay.

Vaccination and other requirements

Dogs must be over 4 months of age and be vaccinated annually by a vet, meaning they must have had an annual C5 vaccination within the last 12 months. Tick protection is compulsory all year round (we use and recommend Nexgard which is available to purchase from reception on check in).

Dogs should have a collar, ideally with a name tag. We prefer all dogs over 1 year old to be de-sexed and we only accept sociable dogs.

Food & Bedding

We use and recommend premium Australian made pet foods such as A La Carte – Holistic range and fresh meat rolls, and provide flea free trampoline style beds for dogs.

You do not need to bring your dogs food unless your dog is on a special diet prescribed by a vet. Soft chewable treats are welcome, but no bones. pigs ears or chicken wings as they present a choking hazard in kennels!

Hydrobaths

The reality is no matter how clean the facilities dogs can and will get dirty when they stay and play at the kennels…

Have your dog bathed before check out so they go home clean and fluffy smelling like a rose.

We can also check and trim your dogs nails!

Inspections/Tours Welcome

We have an open door policy.......                                                                      you are invited to call in for a tour to view our Luxury Suites, Kennels or Cattery. Tours are conducted Mon - Sat during our opening hours except in school holidays, No appointment needed.                                                                    (NO Inspections/Tours during peak periods - school holidays)

 

Walks

Does your dog enjoy a walk? Have your dog walked on a lead around our beautifully grounds and award winning gardens. Available once or twice daily see pricing.

Veterinary - accident or illness

In the event of accidental injury or illness we have arrangements with the best veterinary clinics in Brisbane, Logan & Redlands who are on call 24 hours if needed. Should your pet require treatment for any reason and the need is non urgent – we will phone you first, if the need is urgent – we phone the vet first. All veterinary fees and transport cost’s to and from the vets are the responsibility of the pet owner, and must be paid prior to the release of the pet.
