General Information
#Dog boarding based on shared accommodation.
Peak Periods: Includes all Qld State & Private School holidays and all Qld Public Holidays.
*Public Holiday Surcharge $8 per pet in addition to the peak boarding rate for all pets on all Qld public holidays.
*Prices are charged per calendar day and include the day of arrival and day of departure regardless of time. Prices include GST.
Deposits: Bookings that include Easter, Christmas or New Years Day require a Non refundable deposit – Kennels & Cattery $100 per pet, Luxury Suites $200 per pet. All other times Luxury Suite bookings require a Non refundable deposit $100 per pet. Deposits and must be paid at the time of booking and can be paid by Visa & MasterCard over the phone, or with cash or EFTPOS at reception during opening hours. Bookings will not be held without a deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than 2 months notice on bookings were a deposit has been paid deposits are forfeited. Cancellations with more than 2 months notice were a deposit has been paid a $50 per pet per booking fee will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will remain as a credit to be used within 6 months, all credits expire after 6 months. Changes or shortening of dates for Easter & Christmas will not be accepted 2 months prior to check in and the original dates booked must be paid for in full on check in.
No Refunds:Â There are no refunds or credits for early departure. Pick up prior to the date you booked for any reason what so ever will forfeit all remaining days and services that were booked and scheduled.
